Processing Time

All products are made to order. Personalized and non-personalized orders require 1–4 business days of production time before shipping.

This production period allows us to prepare, inspect, and ensure the quality and accuracy of every order.

Shipping Rates

• United States: Free standard shipping on every order.
• International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

The following estimates begin after the 1–4 business day production period:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
• Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
• We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
• Quiet Era is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
