Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy 🔄

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products — including both customized and non-customized items. All sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

To report a damaged or defective item, email us at mys.clothing.us@gmail.com

 with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

Please note: If more than 15 business days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
